Ilham Aliyev was born December 24, 1961 in Baku. A politician, he took over from his father Heydar Aliyev as president of Azerbaijan in October 2003.
Alexander Ankvab (Александр Золотинскович Анкваб) was born December 26, 1952 in Sukhumi, Abkhazia. The founder of the Aitaira party, he was elected president of Abkhazia in August 2011.
